Call me a sucker for a white sand beach, palm trees and blue skies. That is what you will find at the popular Isla Tortuga Beach off Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula. Many tour operators will put you on a dive boat for a snorkel trip and a lunch on this island. Chair rental is not included.
